Room wasn't worth the money. Iron chairs, curtain hanging too long to trip you. I was sick and asked if I could leave a day earlier and get a refund or credit but they replied NO. Never stay with you again and not recommend to my family. We arrived at 2.00pm but room not ready until 2.15pm.

Easy check in friendly staff. Free parking. Excellent location was very happy with how close it cavill and it has coles literally downstairs so was amazing in that aspect. Only downfall was our balcony door was letting in lots of air/breeze which was really loud especially being so high up but it would not deter us from staying here again. Got loud at nights but I guess that's because you are so close to the hustle and bustle. Will not be staying anywhere else. If I could change anything I would probably request to be located in tower 2 as its the most convient to car park and coles. Thank you all we were surprisingly happy.

Awesome location,amenities were great close to the action but the bed was not the best to sleep on nor were the pillows

Confusing to navigate at first between the three towers and the pools and the shopping centre but once you get the hang of it it was easy

Good location but BYO pots and pans

Kitchen is unusable unless you want to bring a suitcase full a kitchenwares. There was a frying pan literally the size of a single egg and two small saucepans for a 2 bedroom unit.
