Noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. Woken up every night at 2am by hotel tractor towing large metal bins Beds uncomfortable and dated Car park random and no allocated parking Lounges in living area like concrete, extremely uncomfortable We had 3 bedroom and the third bedroom had no light , we had to relocate furniture and use lamp!

Staff were very friendly. Location great. Ocean view room was good, could do with a lick of paint, but it was clean. All 3 verandahs used by the family. Well equipped kitchen for our needs. Unit was a bit smaller than I expected but it was comfortable.

My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired, especially considering my previous positive experiences. Unfortunately, this time around, the room was noticeably more rundown compared to my past visits. One of the major inconveniences was the washer-dryer combo, which seemed to take an eternity to complete a single cycle. Even after leaving my clothes in for eight hours, they were still left damp and in need of further drying. Another disappointment was the absence of Wi-Fi in the room. In today's connected world, reliable internet access is essential, especially for travelers. Despite the importance of this amenity, it was frustratingly absent during my stay. Additionally, I encountered issues with the hotel's responsiveness to requests. Despite reaching out to the front desk multiple times for an ice tray, it was never delivered to my room. This lack of follow-through on basic requests was disappointing and reflected poorly on the overall service experience. To add to the inconvenience, upon arrival, I wasn't provided with any cloths or detergent for use with the washer-dryer. This oversight made it difficult to utilize the laundry facilities effectively, further adding to my frustrations during the stay. Overall, while I've had positive experiences at this hotel in the past, this particular visit fell short of expectations due to the room's condition, lack of Wi-Fi, and issues with service responsiveness.

After check in , went to room n toilet was not cleaned and there is wee on the floor, shower water is not going , and no water supply for almost 24 hour n after so many calls to reception regarding water supply, they want us to move the room.
