Stay was great, a shame the indoor pool was closed. Would have been nice to get the room serviced once or twice for towels as the reception location was not ideal. The elevators were very smelly in tower 2.

Mantra Towers of Cheveron is very conveniently located a stones throw from the heart of Surfers Paradise. Well appointed rooms and facilities on site provide the perfect base for exploring the Gold Coast. The lagoon pool was a hit with the little travellers and was voted as a highlight of the trip. Internal access to the shopping centre and supermarket was a blessing for those quick trips out, especially when there was an unexpected period of rain. Reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating providing information on services beyond the front door of the facility. Will definitely look to returning.

Room desperately needing an overhaul

This was a return trip to the Chevron and what a different experience. The room was very pokey and quite dark with dirty, old furniture and very unappealing style. The room and bathrooms were not very clean and many basic amenities were missing or broken. On a positive note, the main pool was wonderful (the indoor one was closed for maintenance which was unfortunate as it was cold and rainy a few days and this would have been great). Free parking was also a plus.

Room was not ready and was left extremely dirty from last person who stayed food scraps on floor and dirty linen
