I stayed with my daughter and two grand daughters for 10 nights, had an amazing ocean view from the 37th floor. Our two bedrooms, two bathrooms were perfect and the lounge, dining area was exactly what we wanted. Perfect location, great service when needed. Overall a very memorable stay and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment, but pack your wetsuit for the chilly pool

We had a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was amazing for my family of 5 - everything we wanted and needed was there. Unfortunately my family members did not have the same story and found their sub-penthouse very disappointing. The location was great and the staff super friendly, and we were so excited to see the beautiful out door pool. Unfortunately even on a warm day the water was freezing and the beautiful pool we were so looking forward to spending lots of time in was useless. The indoor pool was lovely, but not what we wanted to do when we had that gorgeous one outside.

Sub Penthouse Sub Standard

I booked the sub penthouse for my 50th Birthday but instead of smiles there were tears. So many things wrong with the apartment. Toilet seat came off, soap dish fell off wall, a sunami of water poured from the shower recess onto the floor in the bathroom, kitchen cupboards didn’t close, tiny fridge for a sub penthouse, holes plastered on walls but not sanded nor repainted, spider webs in window corners and the beds were on wheels and so low to the ground- made it impossible for my elderly parents to get in and out of as well as myself who had abdominal surgery at the end of January. Also not one platter to serve a salad on and badly stained cereal bowls in the cupboard. Broken chair in dining room as well as most chairs rusted. I booked this apartment as a treat for my birthday but it ruined our stay.
